The Amazing Spider-Man has beaten the opening weekend collection of James Cameron’s Avatar (2009), the biggest Hollywood grosser in India until now. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh says, “The Amazing Spider-Man has collected Rs. 29.10 crore in the opening weekend itself, beating Avatar’s record.
